You want to meet other moms
You’ve tried going to the library story time or other mom groups (although it conflicts with nap time), you can’t go to the park and meet other moms because it snows half the year, you want to meet other moms but are finding it really hard.
This is the place to meet other new moms who have similar interests.
You want to be safe while exercising
You used to workout regularly, but you are not sure what you are supposed to do postpartum. You are feeling good but don’t want to overdo it.

Who are our coaches?
Coach Christine
I am a mom of two girls, who are now 10 and 7 years old. After I had my babies, I took some time off work to stay with them and then realized that I didn’t want to go back to my office job. I have always been into running and fitness, and movement has been my life line after becoming a mom. A few years ago, I decided to formalize my passion and get certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach.
I love helping women of all ages feel strong and confident, and stress less about food choices. I am incredibly excited to be teaching this class that I wish existed when I had my babies. From one mom to another, I’m here to help however you need, baby snuggles included!
