I’m Luke, the head trainer here. My personal journey with fitness began with a realization of how exercise profoundly improved my self-esteem and overall health. This experience ignited my passion for helping others experience similar transformations.

For over four years, I’ve dedicated myself to supporting clients through their fitness journeys. I hold a Personal Training Diploma and an Evidence-Based Nutrition Studies Diploma from Elevated Learning Academy, and I’ve furthered my expertise with an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist course through ACE. These qualifications have equipped me with a well-rounded perspective on both fitness and nutrition.

I am a women’s health and fitness coach who helps moms over 35 finally stop chasing diets and start feeling strong, confident, and at peace in their bodies again.

After years of tracking calories, starting over every Monday, and feeling like my willpower was the problem, I realized the truth: it’s not about the “perfect diet” or punishing exercise routine. It’s about learning how to fuel your body with simple, satisfying nutrition, moving in ways that actually build energy and strength, and creating routines that fit your real life.

My mission is simple: to help you build strength, reclaim your energy, and live a long, healthy life with confidence (without counting every calorie or giving up your favourite foods).
